The Cheap Travel Guide

Welcome!
Travel doesn't have to cost a fortune. In fact, there are many painless ways to save on travel that not only save you money, but add to your experience. Take, for example, picnicking at the rim of the Grand Canyon versus eating in one of its many restaurants. Or camping at one of its campsites, rather than shelling out $250/night for a room. For many of us, the ability to travel cheaply is the difference between going and missing out. So come along with me as I share my hard earned travel skills honed to perfection after almost 40 years of traveling. If you like what you see, don't forget to like and subscribe.

Dedication
This site is dedicated to the memory of Bill Scott-- my late husband and best friend of 29 years. Bill was a decorated Marine, brilliant engineer, and devoted father to our two sons. Without him none of the wonderful memories upon which this website is based would have been possible.
